Personell is friendly.
Our room had no windows, we shared room with 2 roaches and 1 lizard. Not recommended: you can find a better hotel.

Incredible and magnificent location minutes away from a performing arts theater. Based right by the old quarter in the center of Hanoi and the center of Hanoi. Appetising food quality.

The staff at the venue were accommodating and welcoming. the check-in process was easy. the rooms were impeccably clean with a shower. the location is great and unbeatable, especially with the coffee shop in a quiet area. It's also easy to access Hang Gai Street from the inn.

The delicious breakfast options offered several choices, including freshly made omelettes. the inn's central location was unbeatable, providing easy access to the Noi Bai International airport, just a 26-minute drive away.

Honestly no complains at all. Everything was spotlessly clean and great. Marvellous location for our visit to a traditional water puppet theater approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. And not far from the night market as well as the train station.

Simply the best hotel of our holiday in Viet Nam this year.The saff is extremly friendly and heldfull.The room are beutiful and well equiped with a great bed,nice bathroom and even wifi.The breakfast is a la carte very taserfull.The hotel offers pick up,good quality tour( I can recommend the 3day/2nights Dragon pearl Tour in Ha Long Bay ),train tickets to Sapa

Really enjoyed staying at the good value for money and a nice size room with a balcony. Delicious and free of charge breakfast with several options to choose from was a nice touch. For the price we paid, we got great value with a clean and comfortable room at Buddy Inn. The location was perfect and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
